How we operate...
We plan to:- Support the provider with the recruitment process for the employer. Ensuring that employer specifications are being upheld.
- Assist the employer with the recruitment process once a suitable candidate has been found. A 90-day buddy service is to be delivered to the employer to ease the process of the apprenticeship start.
- Act as the first point of support to the apprenticeship line manager/mentor.
No stress
We have received funding until October 2024, with the likelihood of the project extending. Therefore, you don't have to rush.
Our support will be available when you are ready.
